If you are engaging with this course as a Student, please note that you can move through the
course only sequentially. You cannot skip any bullet. The next link (bullet) becomes live only when
previous Simulated Story (SS) and Learning Concept (LC) page(s) have been read and Test Your Knowledge (TYK) questions have been answered. You can stop and save the answers in the middle of a TYK set of questions. You can log off and restart a TYK set from where you had stopped. However, once you submit your answers, you will not be allowed to revisit that TYK set of questions/answers. You can revisit any SS and LC anytime. But decisions (DMQs choices) once made, cannot be changed.
The items in gold, UUU, denote Unforeseeable, Unpredictable or Uncontrollable events related to the business. The outcome of an event is simulated by a Spin of a Wheel. The consequences of the event for your organization is dependent on decisions you would have made.
Finally, when all cohort members finish Stage 6, you will receive scores for PIU, Principles-in-Use. Principles-in-Use are values you, consciously or unconsciously, hold and practice in an organization. Eight PIU scores on four dimensions and the corresponding snake diagram are available as feedback in SS - The Principles You Have Used in Making Decisions.
